With over 15 years’ experience in the banking sector, management consulting and multi-national organization, Sunday has developed comprehensive knowledge in HR Consulting, Talent Management, Policy Development & Interpretation, Strategy Design and Development, Compensation and Benefits. Sunday has great passion for process efficiency and improvement, regulatory procedures and compliance, as well as leadership and mentoring. He takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development and implementation. He has earned his respect as a credible voice in decision making through strategic engagement and sound advisory services.

Sunday actively sees the opportunities in every situation and drives changes through innovative thinking. He is an inspirational leader who enjoys helping others to achieve their dreams by maximizing their potentials and extending helping hands to other people.

Sunday holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Johnson & Wales University, Rhode Island, USA. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Demography & Statistics from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria. He is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association, Canada and certified as a leader in human resources – Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). He also obtained a certification from Stitt Feld Handy Group/Faculty of Law, University of Windsor, Canada in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

As a result of his desire for assisting others, Sunday served as a Director in an organization called Helping Hands For Good (HHFG). HHFG is a not-for-profit organisation that provides assistance to the needy people in the community through financial support, programs and events geared towards restoration of family values and, the Word of God.

Michael Okwudishu is an expert in Change and Program Management with over 10 years’ experience that cut across Information Technology (IT) and Financial Services industries. His greatest passion is strategy: the ability to study trends in situations and scenarios, predict outcomes, and look for efficiency needed to inspire a positive change.

Michael is passionate about the influence of process/infrastructure automation and how it drives effectiveness, leading to cost reduction in various sectors across the world.

Michael holds an MBA (Management Strategies) from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He also obtained Advanced Diploma in Computer Science and has proven experience in Project Management.

When Michael is not working, he loves mind games, rolling with family and listening to news.

He has acquired professional skills in different areas of banking processes with focus on International Trade practices, Business Strategy & Analytics, Project Management as well as corporate loans processing with specialization on credit and loans operations.

Olusegun has developed relevant skills in the area of Leadership and Mentoring for effective performance and self-actualization of individuals. He has instilled a sense of entrepreneurial vision and creativity to drive innovative strategies to win competitive positioning and accelerated growth in various individuals.

It is his passion to help and lead young people to self-actualization and dream realization. He is the founder of Project 1k Foundation with the vision of lending a hand to people in needs through synergy with friends, colleagues and several other individuals.

A graduate of Statistics with an MBA in Finance from reputable institutions in Nigeria. He is also an Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria.
